We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it free of cost. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
We do not accept partial returns for product sets.
For example, if one earring from a pair or part of a jewellery set is retained, the return will not be accepted, and the retained item will be chargeable.

If approved, a ₹80.00 return handling charge will be deducted per order, and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
